Frances has created a unique style of biscotti that stands apart from the typical bland-hard-industrial-processed biscotti. Our small bakery and retail shop is currently being relocated to a larger space in Marysville, Washington set to re-open in the spring of 2018.
Founded in 2004 by Frances Turner, Northwest Biscotti has come a long way from its early stages in our kitchen. When Frances first started out, her passion for baking drove her to experiment with different cookie recipes and finally developing her own unique recipe and twist of her favorite Italian treat, biscotti! Over the years, one flavor has turned into over 25 unique flavors of biscotti. Year after year, the demand for her biscotti grew. This growth gave her the vision to turn hard work and inspiration into growing a one of a kind biscotti brand. We now serve customers all over the Puget Sound region, and are thrilled to bring our unique biscotti to the baked goods industry.
